Speculaas Cookie Milkshake

Speculaas cookies are the latest addition to our incredible choice of Country Range desserts and treats. Simply bake from frozen in just 9-11 minutes.

Cooking time: 10 minutes

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

• 2 Speculaas Cookie Pucks
• 2 Scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream
• 200ml Milk
• 25ml Caramel Sauce

Method:

1. Place 1.5 speculaas cookies in a milkshake blender with 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream and the milk and blend until smooth
2. Place into a cold glass, top with 1 ball of ice cream and a squeeze of your favourite caramel sauce
3. Garnish with the remains 1/2 cookie and serve
