That’s why when you partner with us, you’ll have complimentary access to Erudus.

Erudus tackles these concerns by giving you access to comprehensive nutritional breakdowns, dietary advice and allergen information for over 60,000 foodservice products from over 1,200 food manufacturers. You’ll be able to run comprehensive searches on food products by entering the product name, brand name, manufacturer name or barcode

It’s really that easy.

What’s more, our Business Support Manager, Adam Hope, sits on the steering committee of Erudus, meaning we can keep you all updated with the very latest updates regarding allergens and legislative updates.

Erudus is also linked to our online ordering platform, OrderMate, so we can provide you with LIVE allergen and nutritional information when you’re shopping with us.
