We take great pride in our Development Chef services, led by our distinguished chef, Paul Dickson. With an impressive background spanning over 30 years, Paul has graced kitchens that serve royalty, celebrities and notable film and pop stars - bringing a touch of culinary excellence wherever he goes!

His role goes beyond the stove, as he also works as a specialist food consultant and stylist - meaning he’s at the top of the game when it comes to modern, tasty and beautiful food.

With Paul’s help, we can offer expert culinary advice to help you develop your menus. Come and visit Paul at our development kitchen in Burnley, and he’ll spend time with you to understand your needs and inspire you. It doesn’t matter which sector you work in; hospitality, care or education, Paul has the experience and passion to help.

You’ll also find Paul at our annual trade shows, where he puts on exciting cooking demonstrations for all attendees.
