Gary will guide you through the key aspects of meal preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring that your meals are suitable for residents with dysphagia.

The workshop will conclude with a hands-on session where participants can apply what they've learned in a practical setting, focusing on the delivery of dysphagia meals.
